Dear Zohar, I would like to thank you for having taken time to note our hotel and for your review on Expedia that will help us to improve our service.I am very sorry for the problem encountered with smokers as this is forbiden to smoke in our rooms, if reception contacted, I am sure they will manage to ask other guests not to smoke.Our mattress are changed often and the one from your deluxe is a 28cm high, the maximum possible usually very appreciated for its confort : because some guests complained it was too hard, we put on over mattress to make it softer (and I know other guest could prefer not to have it and keep a hard mattress)I am sincerely sorry that the rooms was too dark and I know it could one of the trouble of this deluxe room.As many hotels in Paris where any inch of space is expensive, we are obliged to make choices, and I have to say that the previous hotel did not even have elevator from the ground floor : it's true that our cleaning team is also using it (trolleys and big bags of trash can't be manage by stairs) and you could sometime  see them, usually on early on the morning and in the middle in the afternoon when finishing.Best regards Pierre-Louis
