"This is a very nice quiet hotel. Great location. Next to some nice shops, restaurant, and market. And a great men’s store. About a mile from the main shop area. Overall not a full service hotel but great for what is was. Room was upscale and clean."

"Gorgeous and extremely safe and peaceful town. This property is awesome. We bought wine and cheese from Maine &Vine and enjoyed them on the lush lawn under the trees. They have beach chairs and bikes, too. Breakfast is included and wonderful. Then there is the chocolate chip cookies with sea salt. Oh my!!"

"Very nice - if cozy rooms in a great location for me. I was traveling for business and this property is much more geared towards Summer tourist as it is on the ME coast - but the price was great for the area so I booked it. Staff was very friendly and room was very clean and in great condition. Nice hot water for shower was also appreciated. My only complaint was that my room had a door connecting to the adjacent room and even with the door closed I could a lot of what was going on next door - better sound isolation would have been nice."

"We booked a room at The Boathouse at the last minute, and we are happy with our choice, close to everything, but the room was nice and quiet. It was spacious, clean and well-appointed. We enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast that was included with our room was delightful. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
