"Breakfast could use work. But its ok. Different mini boxes of cereal and something different than biscuits and gravy and waffles. Other than that everything is alway nice and friendly and polite and respectful and rooms are clean. "

"The property itself was clean and perfectly acceptable. The walls were thin, and the neighbors, loud. The TV volume could not be adjusted, and so was too quiet to hear. Oddly, though, I could hear the neighbor's TV just fine! An ok spot for an overnight, located near a beautiful park and close to restaurants, shops, and convenience stores."

"It sounded like they had been having issues with the hot tub for a while which was frustrating when it was one of the things we look for when booking and I feel there could be some way to report this for Expedia bookings. The water in the shower was warm at best, it never got hot enough for an enjoyable shower and the key cards were temperamental. We also had to “check out” our pool towels and return them. We were told it was because people steal them all the time. I’m not sure how that is my responsibility as a guest, but rather in my opinion should be considered in overhead for running a business. As far as TV services in the room, there really wasn’t any. There was a box for direct TV, however when you tried to watch something, it merely said to call a direct tv phone. Umber to have service restored. Unless you wanted to log in your own Netflix or other streaming service, you were not watching TV at all. However all of the employees were friendly and accommodating, especially the woman working in the morning on Wednesday! She went above and beyond for my particular child when he expressed preferences with his breakfast! Perhaps the management needs to look at these other issues, and praise their staff on our behalf!"

"We stayed 2 nights, no room service, the treadmill did not work, hallway blocked out to go to the restaurant and the rate was high enough for these things to not happen!"

"This property is having a complete renovation. I would not have stayed if i had any idea. Nothing on website indicated anything. We stayed 4 nights and I guess you are totally on your own to find clean towels, toilet paper etc. Hotel was permeated with paint and adhesive smells. Open Rooms under these circumstances should not cost $158 per night. "

"Tried to get me to pay again upon arrival. Heating system didn’t work properly. Electrical plus sparked when plugging things in. Some outlets didn’t work. Hairs in the worn out bathtub. Sink was all scratched. The hotel is extremely run down. Bed was hard as a rock. "
