"I was informed by staff that pool was closed, and I needed to inform them to use the pool two hotels away. Also the hotel maid came pounding on my door at 9am and even opened the door (she said excuse me) but I got in around 1:30 am that morning and was told 12:00pm was check out, I really didnā€™t appreciate this. But other than that everything was good."
