“Room was clean and well maintained, property is newer. Although it’s near a hwy noise level was quiet. Breakfast had limited options and trash was full. Bathroom downstairs didn’t have toilet paper.”

“Im not usually one to leave a review but I found so much value in this property. We were on a road trip so we wanted a place that would be safe because our vehicle was fully loaded. The first thing we noticed when we pulled in was the amount of powerful lights they have in the parking lot. Amazing! Rooms were so clean and spacious and we had enough privacy with the suite setup. “Staff was very friendly and check in was easy. I wish they had an earlier check in time than 4pm, but we made it work. We had a possible toilet leak when we were out that flooded our room. Staff was quick to spot the issue and when we arrived back from an outing they had already assigned a new room. None of our items were damaged in the flood either. “Upon arriving the staff was very helpful and were even more considerate to change my mom and nieces room to a double with no issues. They were courteous and we had no trouble with staff. Even had a tasty breakfast. The only issues we had were in the room the air conditioner was leaking onto the carpet and the door didnt seem like it closed all the way. We had to tug it to close it fully. The carpet could be the reason the room smelled a bit and there were orange stains under the nightstand on...

“This is a hotel you book if your only goal is the casino. We had to wait 2 and half hours after check-in for our room to be ready. We were offered no apologies, no pool band, not even a bottle of water while we waited. We had 2 towels in the room and on day 3 had to go down to get clean ones. We spent as little time as possible there. This is not a place I will go back to nor will I ever recommend it to anyone else.”
