"Location- it is close to everything but right in front of hotel not the safest crowd. The hotel is slighty outdated. The sheets were clean. Staff helpful and professional."

"Centrally located in the French Quarter. Very clean room; knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Exterior shows age of the building and can be uninviting, but a beautifully updated interior shows off the class of this place. Highly recommend."

"Room was moderately clean. Floor was so uneven that you were walking down hill when you left the bed. Very noisy. Slow elevators. Key didn’t work when we arrived. "

"Toilet overflow, took over an hour to get someone to come up and fix it. Check in line was fast and the room uograde was awesome as i needed a fridge for my medicine. "

"This was the second time we have stayed at the Omni for the French Quarter Festival. The location is perfect. The new bar and club are great! Our room could use updating but was comfortable."

"Very nice hotel"

"We arrived at 3am as the flight was delayed, I texted the front desk to let them know, the night manager responded. We were told the room was over booked and we were staying in the Sheraton across the road in New Orleans. Fortunately because I had let them know the situation they suddenly found us a room ….. free breakfast was comped the next morning, a nice gesture for the misinformed night staff that were working that evening! Overall the room amenities were good, comfy bed and pillows, blackout curtains and a lovey illuminated mirror in the bathroom, we only used the room to sleep and shower."
