"When I first arrived, the first room we were sent to was dirty and smelled extremely bad. There was black mold in the shower. The second room they sent us to was locked from the inside. The third room, the bathroom leaked and the shower didn’t work too well. I will be requesting a partial or full refund. This was a trip for my birthday and it wasn’t great. The pool wasn’t open after saying it was when I called."

"The breakfast was fine. But the hotel check-in was terrible. The bed was very hard, broken pictures and mirrors on the wall toilet loose from the wall and the floor. Did not receive any of my special combinations for my room. I will not be staying at this hotel again. My experiences was terrible and I love Hilton Hotels. But this was beneath the treatment. I normally receive there wasn't even a manager on duty to speak with when I had To wait 4 hours for my room."
