“Room smelled like bathroom cleaner. Bed was rock hard. Front desk person came and knocked loudly on my door shortly after check-in, under the pretext of seeing if I needed a remote control for the TV. However, she was obviously checking to see if I snuck a pet into the room. The hotel charges a $100 fee if they catch you with an unregistered pet. Only 2 bath towels were provided, both small and thin. When A/C came on it vibrated so loud the furniture shook.”

“Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Das Bett war für mich leider etwas hart. Es waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt. Sah aber schön aus. Das amerikanische Frühstück war ok. Leider mussten wir z. B. Nach Tellern etc. fragen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber an einer Straße. Hat uns wenig gestört. Gegenüber fussläufig sind ein Supermarkt und ein schönes Shopping Center. Nach Carmel by the sea und zum old Fishermans Wharf kurze Autofahrten.”

“You get what you pay for. Booked a last min. trip , most hotels were booked. Its old. Very used . Dust on headboard and dust all on on cooler. Walls definitely need cleaned and repainted. Bed had a few spots as well as the pillow cases. Overall that's why the rating is just good. My fault for not checking the bad reviews.”
