“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We were finally able to check in at 4:30 p.m., with no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. We also did not receive the two-story room we had requested. For nearly $500 a night, the room was incredibly disappointing—run-down, outdated, and honestly depressing. “rooms were really clean and nice! the property was okay looking but could look a little more cleaner on the outside. i would say safety wise me and my girlfriend felt very safe! their were other families and people sitting outside even late at night. parking also isn’t to bad i would say but otherwise i would definitely stay here again!”
