“Lovely hotel. Pool area is amazing. Staff was friendly.”

“We liked the location and the space in our room but not wild about the bathroom configuration. Parking was good as well The rooms are getting a bit tired since our last stay and we had to change rooms (#321) after our first night because the bed sloped toward the middle making it very uncomfortable. Staff was helpful providing us with a different room on the same 3rd floor, room #317! The bed was much better. Staff is very nice as well.”

“Lovely pool area - this is what makes the place a good spot. Check in was not great, no rooms ready, also guests being told they could not have a third bed in the room even though that is what they had reserved - awkward! Spent $50 for 2 drinks & a snack in the bar while waiting (past check in time) for room to be ready. Received a text saying it was ready, then spent 15 minutes back at front desk to pick up keys, to be told it actually wasn’t ready. Ironically despite not being able to get into...

“Clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Various food options near the hotel. On-site parking is easy. Quick access to nice beaches including Steamer's lane, Pleasure point, and Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Hot tub is hard to be a big advantage, too small and no view. Overall, deserves a high score.”
