“Easy parking”

“Nada”

“Very worn down Homeless wandering around outside”

“Clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Various food options near the hotel. On-site parking is easy. Quick access to nice beaches including Steamer's lane, Pleasure point, and Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Hot tub is hard to be a big advantage, too small and no view. Overall, deserves a high score.”

“The staff was wonderful and the location was very convenient. The room was sparkling clean! It was perfect. Note: It is on Ocean St. so you will hear traffic.”

“방음이 안되는방인데 밖에 시끄러운 차들이 많이다녀요”

“Great budget hotel. Clean and friendly/honest and good parking situation too”

“체크인할때 확인도 안하고 다시 지불해야한다고 해서 황당했고 베게에 검은 자국같은게 있어서 찝찝했음. 시끄러움.”

“Property was in a good location but room was dirty. The bed had hairs in it, floors were dirty, there was a cup someone left on the ground, and bathroom door didn’t even shut.”
