“I’ve stayed at the Seaway Inn off and on for more than 30 years. It’s a beautiful, updated smaller property that is near the Santa Cruz Pier and Boardwalk. It’s had different owners over the years and has been updated. The beds, and pillows are very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and very quiet. You don’t really hear the street noise but can hear the waves from the ocean. Our king room offered a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating....

“The room was clean enough and adequate. Staff tried their best given the staffing shortage they advised us about. Our unit didn't have a smoke detector, one kitchen cabinet door wouldn't close and the toilet seat was not the right fit/shape - oval seat place on a round toilet bowl. There was a veryy partial ocean view from one of the windows. Parking was tricky. Pet friendly though and comfortable bed.”

“Amazing new, much needed location, here in Santa Cruz. I felt as if I was at a San Diego Resort. The rooms were amazing, decor was was cohesive with the Spanish flair and elegance of the lobby. Bedding was amazing. No cut corners. Will definitely go back.”
