“This place exceeded my expectations for where it was in the edge of the building. Well, maintain rooms are big enough for us to move around and not be on top one another and the staff is exceptional.”

“All the staff & houskeeping were very friendly & accommodating, upgraded our cottage with out asking, taught me about the grounds, beautiful succulant plants, the Eagle that comes to their Eucalyptus trees & about the Monarch Butterflies they save their eggs inside until they hatch & have released over 4000. I actually got to see one coming out of its cocoon. Exciting! Very nice continental breakfast that they delivered to our cottage. The views of the ocean are the best & even if it was cool &...

“The staff and location were excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms (we had two) were subpar, food from previous guests left behind, many hairs on the sheets, and the floor was absolutely disgusting. I sat on a patio chair and it was broken, there was trash and debris in the potted plant outside the room. I imagine that at some point this hotel was fantastic, however, the maintenance has not been kept up so to be charged $500+ is robbery.”
