“Room and refrigerator were clean. Staff both reception and housekeeping were very accommodating. The breakfast buffet area always seemed a little cramped. Waffles were a hit but had to stand in line the first morning a long time as only two waffle makers. Almost always a line to make waffles. I guess the line depends on how many guests show up at the same time. Muffins were the same everyday, it would be nice to have options. Always plenty of bacon, scrambled eggs, and sausages. No hot...

“Clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Various food options near the hotel. On-site parking is easy. Quick access to nice beaches including Steamer's lane, Pleasure point, and Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Hot tub is hard to be a big advantage, too small and no view. Overall, deserves a high score.”

“Pacific blue inn was like a typical inn in US. It was a lovely inn with very friendly staffs. I left my new laptop here and did not realize it at all almost for a whole day. I called here next day morning and they kept it until i went back to pick it up. I wanna say thanks to the staffs here again.”

“Reception service was nice. Lobby and restaurant had lovely aesthetics. Room was modern and clean. Restaurant service was unorganized and slow. Food menu was decent though. Pool area was inviting but definitely need to change their pool chairs. The material makes them look super dirty. Yuk.”

“Staff complains about everything. Playing low music in my room at 4pm trying to enjoy myself and got a noise complaint. They were rude it felt like way too many rules. Bad experience and way too strict of policies. I do not recommend. Parking was a nightmare also.”

“Staff was good for the check-in but after that there was nobody around in the office. Parking space was quite full. The bedding was old and dusty. Bathroom and shower were good and there was a small kitchen separate from the sleeping area.”
