“The property location was very convenient and closed to the wharf. The outside property is nice and well maintained. The room and the bed is ok. The only problem I have was the TV. TV needs to be updated because it’s too small and the remote doesn’t even work even if I had the front desk changed the battery. The complimentary breakfast is a hot meal of continental breakfast which is nice for them to offer.”

“Katrina was amazing giving us a personal tour and walking us to our room. She showed us their amazing work with Monarch butterflies. The views around the property are amazing. Breakfast was delivered daily and was so good. My only complaint was I heard the neighbors upstairs and our sink was leaking a bit. I think it’s because it’s an older inn. But it’s quaint and beautiful.”

“상당히 재미있는 유럽식 B&B 스타일의 부티크inn. capitol은 처음이였는데 해변은 별로. railroad 방에서의 2박은 좋았음. 한번은 가볼만함”

“The property was so cute and comfortable. Everything was very clean and the location is next door to the village. I will definitely stay there again. ”

“The property is very well kept parking lot nice and clean easy to park. The rooms are adequate, also nice and clean. No-frills, there are no iron or ironing boards or hair dryers as other hotels, so if needed on your vacation remember to bring.. But besides that, for the price we paid we were very satisfied and definitely would stay there again. We actually will probably stay again as it is close to the amusement park Gilroy Gardens , which we visited when there it probably will go back this...

“체크인할때 확인도 안하고 다시 지불해야한다고 해서 황당했고 베게에 검은 자국같은게 있어서 찝찝했음. 시끄러움.”

“The breakfast was fair. The AC did work, but there was no container for the grounds so I could not use the coffee pot no chair for the desk and the showerhead leaked real bad but the staff was very very nice.”

“Lovely hotel walkable to downtown Los Gatos. Room and bath incredibly clean and spacious. Despite the busy location, very quiet. Highly recommend!”

“The front desk does not stay open as long as they say. Their recording says they are open until 10, but--despite calling and leaving a message about what time we would arrive--the front desk was dark and locked when we arrived at 8:45 pm. We sat on the sidewalk wondering what to do before deciding to call the "emergency" number. Then the person on the phone directed us to the lock box via the phone and helped us get in the room. It would have been nice to recieve a message about procedure ahead...

“This hotel is a short drive to Monterey or even Santa cruz. It's not your average hotel where you wonder if the people are on vacation or if they're actually living there. It's right on the water which is near the Elkhorn Slough. You might see otters in the water and there are a variety of birds right outside of your window. The room was super cute. You have access to the shared kitchen and dining room in the house on the property. I will definitely be staying there again.”
