“Beautiful location, room was immaculate, and checkin was a breeze!”

“This is a well portioned property and the suits are spacious which is great. It is a “beach” type property which means it needs to be maintained well to avoid moisture issues. The jacuzzi tub jets were dated and not clean. The hotel could use updating and the automated room messaging needs tuning to give accurate information. The breakfast was adequate with minimal meat choice. Overall, not a bad place to stay but not the best either. If you need the room space the beds and suite were good...

“Ask about the size of the mini fridges since some of them are all not the same. The complimentary breakfast in underwhelming and not filling. Kpod makers at the hotel are convenient.”

“Communication is great, Everything went smoothly.”

“This was a great room to celebrate my daughter’s first trip (and as a teenager) to The Beach Boardwalk!! Beautiful views of the ocean, boardwalk at night, and easily walkable to all the things you want to do.”

“Always a great stay! Our second time staying here on our yearly Santa Cruz trip and it was great as always!”

“It's place to park yourself and enjoy santa cruz”

“We had a great time at this location. My family and I ( 2 adults, 2 kids under 5 ) all loved the cabin we stayed in. It felt cozy in a way that hotels don't. We loved walking around all the natural area nearby and we got to see so many different species of birds and other critters. They had an activities area where you could play tetherball and badminton and even throw a horseshoe. Our favorite was the communal campfire there we met many people and had great long talks into the night. Can't wait...

“Clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Various food options near the hotel. On-site parking is easy. Quick access to nice beaches including Steamer's lane, Pleasure point, and Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Hot tub is hard to be a big advantage, too small and no view. Overall, deserves a high score.”

“May be more helpful staff would be great!”

“Room was amazing. Sally the concierge was helpful with getting flowers to the room and Massages scheduled. Fireplace going with the crash of the waves below made for a perfect relaxing weekend”
