Overall I had an excellent experience overall. Clean room with good quality and amenities overall. Excellent service throughout my stay, even when things went awry (I had an issue with a malfunctioning door lock, which was promptly and quickly addressed in a very professional manner). The Lounge had great drinks/appetizers.
