Very dirty hotel

Absolutely terrible stay, cockroach inside the wardrobe. Bedsheets are dirty and unpleasant smell of the room.

A bit noisy by people those are staying fir wedding ceremony on weekend. It seems better to stay on weekday, but it was amazing swimming pool and beautiful.

The hotel is quite old but still in good condition..thanks to miss clara to assist me upon check in.. im staying in 522..room is good but I haved problem about the ac..its not cold properly but they send the Maintenance to repair.it was cool then.. breakfast just average.. they have local drink called ‘Jamu’.. i’m so excited to try it for the first time..it was awesome..thanks to restaurant guy explaining to me with patience about the Jamu..others restaurant staff should SMILE not moody in the morning. Im a cat lover so I enjoyed my breakfast with the cat there.. but not everyone feel the same as me..SPECIALLY THANKS to Mr. Alfian from front desk..he’s very helpful,friendly and always smiling.. he is the heart of the hotel.. and thanks to others receptionist too because always help me..and Pak concierge(forgot the name) thank u for helping me with the luggage. He also friendly and talk to me nicely.. to housekeeper team thank a lot bcoz always clean up my room..what can I say its such amazing 6 night to stay here with the loved one..thank you..will come back soon😉

They changed my room

I had paid via Expedia for a non smoking room, but the hotel gave smoking rooms, the reason the non smoking room was full. I was disappointed.

Furnishings are all stained, not very inviting

Tired hotel, staff were very friendly service decent but rooms are in need of a refurbish. Nothing worse than carpet so stained you don't want to take your shoes off or furniture stained so badly you don't wNt to sit on it.

Decent stay

Stayed for two nights during a business travel, okay hotel but it gets old fast in these part of the world. Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing not too much to choose from. But overall a decent stay.

Need to improve the service

The park sorrounding jogging track is not manage well. Service from the staff at the restaurant during breakfast is bad, their not responsive to help guest to find free table and not offering tea/coffee. Cable tv option is bad compare to other hotel and you have to use different remote to change the channel. Room condition is not fresh and its seem need to be renovated.

テラスで食べる朝ごはんが最高！

スタッフは気さくで明るく、みんな英語が話せるから、インドネシア語がわからない私でも安心して過ごせた。 特によかったのは朝食。テラスで食べると、いい風が通るし、庭はきれいだし、料理ももちろんおいしい(^^♪　とにかく気持ちがよかった。一日のスタートには最高の環境！またぜひ利用したいと思う。

Great and comfortable hotel in a quiet location

The hotel is a bit remote from the center of the city but is located in a very quiet area. I truly enjoyed my 6-day stay and felt always comfortable. Staff are all always very kind and friendly, and speak English well. Staff members at the reception willingly called a taxi for me (Across the street in front of the hotel, Blue Bird taxis are usually waiting) and kindly told me where convenience stores are (Actually, there are several small grocery stores and local restaurants near the hotel, but they are on the tiny roads and difficult to find. We need to walk for a while). Staff of the restaurant were also very kind. Breakfast and dishes are good. I purchased cake several times at the restaurant. The cake looks very beautiful and tastes good. I was allotted a room in the 7th floor, from which I enjoyed a marvelous view of the city of Pekanbaru and the swimming pool (In the weekend (holidays), a number of families stayed at the hotel and were enjoying the swimming pool). The room was spacious, but facilities of the room,especially the bathroom, was a bit old. I enjoyed a number of TV programs in the room . Also, the internet (wireless) is easy to use and very swift. To go to shopping malls, convenience stores, and restaurants at the center of the city, you need to take a taxi (but if you take a taxi, the center of the city is very close to the hotel).

Beautiful Hotel with Lake style swimming pool

This is a great hotel,with lovely staff and good rooms.The breakfast is great with many choices in the buffet. The pool is very large and beautiful and looks like a lake. One night during my stay there was a huge wedding party there with about 500 guests.They had live entertainment and finished with a fireworks display-all viewed from my window.Great!
