“First of all, it was clean and felt safe. No regrets there. I was traveling with a friend to a convention at the Pendleton Convention Center which requires us to wear formal dresses. The only problem we encountered which is unique to our dress code requirements was there was not a closet in a room with 2 beds, so nowhere to hang our dress bags or dresses up. “Our room had a funky odor, not sure why. The fridge had a musty smell and ice buildup in the freezer had a brown tint (mildew?) so we couldn’t use it without our food/drink having that smell too. This hotel was certainly not worth the cost.”

“The late night staff could not book a reservation properly and took forty minutes to check us in after charging us twice. We didn't get to our room until 1am and woke late so we missed breakfast. When trying to resolve the issue in the morning no one was around and the manager was gone so we are forced to go to our credit cards for fixing the staff mistake. Taking a black light to the room we found the typical spots missed like the wall behind the toilet and the carpet in front of the fridge but...

“The only thing colder than the staff’s personality were the showers. I felt anxious even leaving our room as we went through around seven access cards because they kept failing. The continental breakfast was bleak, and we were not the only tenants of our room as there were several ants in the bathroom. Hopefully you don’t have anything larger than a compact because you won’t fit in the parking lot and your car will be getting dinged. It was simpler to park on the street. It’s close to downtown...

“Very few amenities. Place is a little less nice than the pictures will lead you to believe. Breakfast wasn’t that bad.”

“This was our first time staying in Pendleton at this hotel. We were in town for a music festival. The location of this hotel was substantially far from the action downtown. If you are flying the location is perfect as it sits next to the airport. Much to our disappointment the hotel did not offer a shuttle service to the music venue and Uber in this small town was almost not a thing. However; the manager Brenda was awesome and offered to run us back and forth so we could enjoy some beverages...
