"This was a very enjoyable stay. It was very clean throughout and had a very pleasant clean smell. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. I brought my grandkids for a swim, they had a blast.we stayed 5 nights and utilized the laundry facilities. But my only complaint was that we were here for 5 nights and our room was never cleaned during that time. Your advertising said it would be cleaned after 3 days, it was not. My garbages were very full and I had to go to the front desk for bath towels. I have used Comfort Inns before and will continue to use Comfort Inns. "

"Pool was closed for the season, but that wasn't communicated. Disappointed kids. Breakfast was good. Not much in the area, but knew that when making reservation. Got what we expected for the price. This was a good option for a convenient place to stay."

"The first day check in the guy was really nice only seen for enough time to check in, I love the fact that the room we was in was very roomy even with 3 queen beds 🛌. We stayed 2 night's 3 days Pool was broken down the whole time we was there even though we were told that it would be open the next day, there is no longer a hot tub they have it covered with fake grass and a little table with 2 chairs. They gal that works there that we seen most the time was always too busy on her phone that she may have forgotten how to make the waffle batter it was so thick it would not even come out of the thing and when it did it was to thick it would take forever and then plop, she made her self tea (which is okay) but she used all the tea bags and never put anymore out, anytime i would try and talk to her she was very rude even in front of my children ( her tone and the way she spoke to us) no customer service skills, The room was very clean and nice the water takes forever to heat up and even get baby bath water warm, water pressure sucked there was none, the window in the room was separated from the frame. I was not okay with the maid sitting at the side door smoking ( she mine as well just smoke in the building) my children and I are very asthmatic and there was no way of avoiding it she had no brains to even move when seeing guest walk up so they can go to there room. "

"First floor was under construction. No place to have breakfast. Room clean but renovated very badly eg no electric socket for coffee machine, soap dispenser in crazy place - need to fire that architect! Still old noisy room heater."

"The room was clean, easy access, with parking close by and readily available. Evening staff gal was helpful, personable, and prepared for work. The hoodie dude on shift before her probably left to work second job at a local pot shop. Not a menacing fellow, but a bit outta place for a business trying to project fancy. Otherwise, it was a good enough overnight stay. "

"Property is in extreme need of an update. Vinyl peeling off headboards and a funky smell in room. Website didn’t indicate no free bar beverage and complimentary food on Sunday’s. Staff at front desk and breakfast bar very nice. Will be looking for more updated lodging next year. "
