“The room was clean, newly renovated with state-of-the-art designs and appliances. Very comfortable and spacious rooms, nice balcony, perfect for anyone with a family. The beach was quiet unlike the other resorts waterfront, so it was nice to have a swim with just yourself or family without the other noises coming from karaoke bars or fireworks (we came during a festive celebration). The food isn’t that great but you can walk to other restaurants along the beach to find something that you’d like....

“It was the worst experience. The buffet restaurant staff were unfriendly, and the restaurant itself was very limited. On the way back to the airport, Grab ride service wasn't available. The only positive aspect was that the lounge staff and drivers were somewhat friendly. I would recommend going to a hotel in Kuala Lumpur instead.”

“Clean and nice rooms but there is no lobby or check in desk, everything is digital. If u want something u have to what’s app them. Second bedroom is v small. Water heater switch is in the living area and we didn’t know so we showered with cold water the first day. There was no handsoap in the bathroom which they gave us later. Overall a good stay but little far from main Genting area and activities. U have to either walk 10 min ( uphill) or take a grab which takes min 10-15 min to arrive. ”
