"Neither pools are heated!!! Staff was stingy with the towels. Turned towels into house jerking e and never got towels back. Front desk acted like they only had 2 towels available and we were a family of 4 who needed showers. Breakfast was busy, not enough seating at all. "

We had until 12noon but they camped outside our room. We were going to try to check out my 10am and my husband was taking our luggage to the car when one stopped to ask if we were checking out. He said we were loading up but I was in the room. One walked in while I was in the bathroom. They said whoops and left the room but we have never been so hassled about getting out of the room. Otherwise the rest of the staff were great. "
