Pretty decent!

Clean good hospitality, needed tissue after 12 and the manager found some and brought it to the room, after he said everything was locked up. Had an issue with the room, immediately changed to a new one with no issues. Safe in a good area. Would recommend. Thank you for great service.

Has a big pool and play area. But all closed down. Room is huge but fridge dirty and room smells of smoke. Check in was fast and easy. Posting online showed breakfast but nothing at all, disappointing. Fire alarm in room not connected. Place is under new management and has alot to offer if they do things right

Room was in need of repairs and cleaning. Holes in bed sheet, hanging broken fixture from ceiling. We checked out early, staff uncaring and complacent. Better to sleep in the car.

The property is in ruins and has turned into a weekly rental, there is no staff overnight, at 6am I walked to where I was told to park a abandoned motel next door, forgot my key and went to office for help, blew horn and called for couple hours , left as soon as I could, have reciept for Howard John’s

Dirty, run down & desolate

It seemed like we were the only ones in the hotel it was very rundown and the bathrooms were GROSS!! Room smelled musty and the property definitely is NOT accessible friendly at all. Luckily I didn’t bring my wheelchair and just used a walker or cane.

I could not stay in the room There was not anyone at the front desk so i left the key and booked a room at the travel lodge through you I expect a refund on the other one It was disgusting and that has never happened before

Online said there was a breakfast buffet and there wasn’t the place was closed like nothing has been in there for years . I’m sitting in the room and all of a sudden fireworks start hitting the door at 11pm at night from one of the people staying there . The guy at the front couldn’t even barely stand up look like he was going to fall asleep . Refrigerator was frozen over and the pool was closed and covered over

Only 1 towel and asked for more but clerk had no access. Got locked out in morning- no one working to help. Luckily we had our luggage. Lights didn’t work.. No Kleenex. I was charged $20 extra for nothing!

Dirty and rude service

The lady ivspoke to on the phone was very friendly when we had to call that we were going to be a late arrival. She said she would let the night clerk know and to call 10 mins before arrival so he would be in the lobby. The guy was extremely rude didnt bother to even give us our receipts. We booked 3 rooms. None of the phones worked the mirrors were nasty with finger prints and dusty. The bathroom door would not shut or lock and there was a used bottle of shampoo in the shower that had clearly not been cleaned. If we had not been so tired we would not have stayed. Never again will we book a night at this location.

Avoid at all costs!!!

When we arrived to the room, the door was open. There was no trash can or remote. There was trash under the beds, and dresser. The bathroom toilet had not been cleaned nor had the sink. I called the front desk to report my concerns and when the lady came to the door I asked her if there had been a party in my room before our arrival and she confirmed there had been and the people had been there a week. I asked her to please have the room thoroughly cleaned after we left the next morning before we returned and they did not clean the room as asked. We will never stay here again and recommend others do not as well.

Do not stay in this roach motel!

I booked this hotel for a business trip based upon the 3 star rating on hotels.com. Upon arrival, the check in was quick but found that i could have stayed the week for 199 instead of 350. The room was a disaster. The mirror had fallen, no toilet paper, no bottom sheet, no trash can. The room stunk and was in horrible repair. Most clientele appeared to be crackheads and no amenities were available. Furniture was worn out and covers torn. Evening clerk packed up and went home and if you called for something, he advised to call back at 9am when the office opened. This was not even a 1 star property! This place was a joke and i would never stay here again.

The first room had no working remote for the tv, no way to take a bath (shower only) then the air-conditioning stopped working. They gave me another room that was hotter than the room we were in. After getting an air conditioning room i noticed black mold on the ceiling in the shower. No trash cans in the room. Had coffe makers in both rooms but no coffee in one of the rooms and no coffee cups. Several of the towels and wash cloths looked as if a mechanic used them as a grease rag and they washed them. Worst staying experience of my life.
