For a place that calls itself a hotel, it had no room service or amneties. The night shift staff spoke very poor/broken English so there was a slight language barrier/misunderstanding

We sincerely apologise for the lack of amenities available during your stay, due to our festive season restaurant closures. We are also sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties communicating with our after hours staff, we will make sure to look into this issue further.
