"Stayed here and had a really great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well kept. The breakfast was excellent, and the amenities made the stay even better. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others."

"We stayed for 3 nights and for two days housekeeping did not clean , both days we had to call the front desk and they had to send someone when we returned in the evening.Ordered room service one night and we had barely finished eating when someone knocked to ask for the dishes , despite having told us when they delivered the food that we could either leave the tray out or call when we were done . The snack and drinks which are inclusive in the room was a nice touch and they replenished the water when they did eventually clean . The spa hours are till 8pm which is too early in my opinion. The spa has no clear instructions and when several guests tried pushing the button to get the jets going it turned the entire thing off . Clear instructions at the controls would be helpful. Not sound proofed well you can hear the noise and conversation in the next room and when housekeeping is in the next room it's really loud . Charge $5 for charging electric car for each night but nowhere on the website does it mention that. Toiletries are really nice , and the bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed and decorated . I understand the property is new but definitely has some service issues they need to work out. Beach cruisers are free and on a first come first serve basis which was nice. Room service food was great. "

"Dinah's is unique and uniquely comfortable, quiet despite the location on a busy street. The lush landscaping keeps cars invisible and the windows face greenery instead of automobiles. The pool is very pleasant in warm weather though we didn't use it in March, We recommend the restaurant, good value--we didn't miss the pretty lousy breakfast buffets found in so many motels."

"Nice staff, rooms (except toilet) clean. Need to keep non-residents off area. Person relieving himself next to our car/parking area. Otherwise, my entire family and I are recurrent visitors and are always pleased with staff and rooms. Thank you. "
