Excellent Service
Hotel was very accommodating and gave us a ocean view room.Thank you to Alexandra and Melina for Ocean view room upgrade . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And also they very accommodating for my family dietary requirements( gluten free and vegan). Mr Milen the F & B manager was excellent in organizing our food menu with staff Mile the afternoon shift incharge and all the staff at Restuarant were excellent. We were soo happy with their service that we extended our stay for 4 nights more to explore the beautiful Montenegro country.

I’ve stayed in Melia before in other countries and to be honest I was disappointed. Compared to other hotels in the area it’s nice, but I expected more form the Melia brand. Probably won’t be visiting again, but it was an experience I will not forget. This holiday was more of a culture holiday, but limited entertainment for kids and adults and I’m used to proper tourist holiday set up.

Nice hotel
Great pools both indoor and out. Access to private area on the beach too. Busy but not too crowded which was nice. Clean and new throughout. Food could have been better - decent choice but breakfast always the same, pastries rather stale. Dinner options likewise could have beeb more varied.

I booked this hotel because it was a Meliá. I upgraded my room (the hotel wasn't full) and book one night more , at a price much more expensive than hotel.com. I asked a checkout at 13h, not possible (and there was still rooms free). Innone word , the only thing the reception knew to say is no. The breakfast/dinner is not 5* standard. The rooms(deluxe) are big and comfortable. Hopefully the area is full of restaurants... that made our stay good. Overall I don't recommend this hotel for the poor experience that it's provide

Brand new hotel with all the comforts
Modern hotel with beautiful indoor and outdoor pools. Walking distance to the sea, convenient underground parking, convenience store next door and on-site restaurant. The hotel is brand new in September'18, so they are still working out the'kinks' (gate for garage wouldn't always work, the room door sometimes needed some help closing, little things, nothing major and it was all quickly taken care of by the very friendly staff). The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are super comfy.

Nice Hotel, Good Location
Very nice hotel, new and in a quiet area. The hotel is located in Petrovac which is not as hectic as other towns in Montenegro. Better suited for couples rather then families with kids. We arrived by car and the hotel provides a free underground parking at the hotel which is very useful. Upon arrival, the room closet was not cleaned (leftovers from the previous guests) and also there was a problem with the light and the safe. It took the staff over an hour to provide a solution and chnage the room and for that we waited an additional 2 hours. so it was an unpleasant start for our vacation. In addition, we reserved a half board accomodaion. When arriving at dinner, there was not sufficient food and they do not refill the buffet as well as starting to clean the dining room while still eating. the feeling is very uncomfortable. The staff is very nice and understanding but still left us with a bad taste...
