"Overall a lovely and well maintained property. My only suggestion is to keep guests posted when situations occur. There was a pool incident. A note in our door would have created confidence to use it. We questioned the remedy and the front desk was unaware.. 😒"

"Was a nana / granddaughter trip, we had so much fun we went home got my grandson and went and stayed another night. Left my phone in bathroom at pool last day and got 30 minutes down the road before we realized it. Tracked it to resort, went into office and they had it! So very grateful as my entire life is on my phone and my drivers license and credit card were in my phone case. Can't wait to stay again!"

"Definitely better than my last stay. The smell of the waterpark was improved, the water park itself was nice, and I appreciate when staff are nice enough to be open about certain things. For example, when my Hungry as a Wolf order wasn’t ready, they told me it was because they haven’t had any orders in a while. Despite the inconvenience, I appreciate the communication from the employees. I appreciate how much care the employees of Great Wolf Lodge put into the resort."
