This hotel is a calm oasis. The pool and grounds are kept spotless and our beachside room was fabulous. Slight downside was the litter on the beach but other than that it was a wonderful stay

The facilities have been gotten old, but they’re doing their best to keep them clean. There some staff look unsociable, but we positively communicated with them, then they gave us cheerful smile and kind hospitality. We were surprised that we could enjoy dinner with free of charge. (included into the room fee)

I saw hairs on the mattress when I arrived. I also ate 3 meals at the hotel and got very bad food poisoning. Very bad experience with food!

Der Urlaub in Saigon Mui Ne war alles in allen sehr schön. Wir fanden das, was wir suchten, ruhe und Entspannung. Wer Aktion sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz, auch mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. Hohe wellen und fehlende Kinderunterhaltung trägt dazu bei. Das Essen ist eher schlicht, aber wenn man aus dem Hotel herausgeht, gibt es Unmengen von guten kleinen Restaurants wo man sehr gut und günstig essen kann. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht alle wünsche zu erfüllen. Was nicht so schön ist, der Strand wird mehr und mehr vom Meer abgetragen, da müsste in Zukunft investiert werden.

Khuôn viên khách sạn rất đẹp, mát mẻ và sạch bong ngay cả vào thời tiết mưa. Phòng ở sạch sẽ, có đầy đủ tiện ích. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, vui vẻ, thân thiện. Tuy nhiên, lối vào khách sạn cần cải thiện hơn. Mình phải vòng xe 2-3 lần mới tìm được lối chạy xe vào sảnh lễ tân, mình đã không biết là phải đậu xe vào bãi xe rồi đi bộ vào sảnh lễ tân😂 nên mới chạy xe lòng vòng. Trà chiều nên có vài chiếc bánh ngọt sẽ hấp dẫn hơn nhiều. Một khách sạn resort rất đẹp, dịch vụ rất tốt và phù hợp với chi phí. Mình đã có trải nghiệm tuyệt vời ở đây. Cảm ơn sự tận tình của các bạn nhân viên của khách sạn.

ムイネーは2回目でホテルを変えましたが今回のホテルは値段相応に印象は悪かった。これで4つ星という表記をするのは詐欺である。 宿泊する部屋もレセプションや毎朝利用するレストランからかなり離れている印象で、こういった情報は予約を取る時に正しくユーザーに伝えるべきである。 「安い価格の理由はレセプションから離れた位置にあるためです」といった正直な姿勢が信頼につながると感じます。 今回は非常に残念な印象しか残りませんでした。

Absence d’eau chaude, l’eau était tellement froide que nous n’avons pas été capable des prendre nos douches. Nous avons demandé 3 fois à l’hôtel de corriger la situation, à chaque fois,on nous répèterais que l’eau chaud était revenue, sans que ce soit vrai. La plage est fermée par ce qu’elle est trop dangereuse. Je déconseille fortement

리조트는 오래된 것 같았지만 실내는 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어있어요. 에어컨도 새것이고 화장실도 리모델링되어 있어서 깨끗했어요. 연휴였지만 주변 가게들이 문을 열지 않아 리조트 석식뷔페 이용했는데 가격대비 나쁘지않았어요.

bungalowを予約したがだいぶしてから（2～3か月後）ホテルよりメールでリノベーション工事中につき部屋を変更してほしいと連絡あり。ビーチからも遠く不便なので躊躇したが承諾した。その代わり２人で４回分のスパ無料券と２回ディナー無料券くれるという。当日チェックインするとフロントがスパは１人で４回分、ディナーは１人で２回分という。ところがスパに３回目行くと「今回から費用がかかります」と。やっぱりと思い、仕方なくサインした。ディナーも同じことだろうと２回目キャンセル。後から言っても仕方ないが、バンガローの宿泊料と代わりの部屋では倍ほど違う。スパとディナーでは補償できない。おまけにビーチが砂浜浸食されて無くなっていた。このことには予約時にいっさい触れず。なお、個々のスタッフさんには良くしてもらいました。

Nice stay.

After 3 days of my 5 day stay aircon issues were resolved it was very nice. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and attentive. Beach was ok but they still have some ways to go with fixing. Pool is warm, place is very nice for kids. Lots of gardens flowers palm trees and coconut trees.
