The keys are not blocked from other floors and should have allowed you to exit on another floor. Please allow us to assure you there is a loading zone directly in front of the hotel's front entrance. Some of our guest do become confused when they see the cones, however, the cones are there to secure the loading zone. Housekeeping is done as you described, our guest is given the option for daily services at their check in if the normal schedule is not sufficient for their stay. We hope this information helps.
