They couldn’t help with tours, any information about what and where to go and couldn’t even recommend a good restaurant, so we were on our own. Hot water would come and go and there wasn’t any WiFi to help us figure things out. We basically had to walk into the Main Street for everything anyway so we should have just stayed closer. ”

When it was finally found they tried to place us in a different room with a shared bathroom than what I originally booked. I had to show my reservation again and say that I wanted the room I paid for that had the private bathroom. This was remedied but took some time. ”
