Front desk customer service is good. My room smelled of cigarette smoke. I was moved from one room to another and the other room smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpets need to be cleaned as I am presuming people are smoking in non smoking rooms. I am sorry but someone is going to get sick. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. The parking area is filthy around the property. I am sorry but I am not willing to stay at this hotel again until conditions drastically improve.

I usually go to Phoenix once a year and I stay here. It’s a good cost and location. Room was nice, I did notice that the outlets were a little worn so plugs didn’t stay easy in some of them. I don’t recall if I had breakfast there, I was just in town for the weekend to see friends .

Breakfast was good, bed was very comfy, room was nice. My only complaint was that the AC was terribly loud! They were kind enough to offer me another room but it was just as bad. Not good if you’re a light sleeper though.

Would absolutely stay here again. The front desk staff went above and beyond. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. There are some cosmetic things mostly in the hallways and on doors that could be spruced up but really didn’t affect the stay. This place is a convenient, good value.
