"Price was good. Amenities reported in the listing did not fully meet expectations. There was no on-site restaurant, which was one of the reasons I selected the hotel. I arrived via a shuttle and the reception person on check-in was dismissive and generally unhelpful when trying to find alternate dining options, as well as with several other things. Had a VERY early flight out. The guy manning the desk at 1:30am was excellent getting me a Uber to the airport."

"Pool was nice. Room was ok. Balcony was dirty and bird poop everywhere. Not useable for us. Breakfast was delicious. The waitress we had on Saturday morning was not nice and she rushed us. She came over and said “the dining room is closed.” I didn’t know if she was kicking us out so I asked for a container to take the fruit I was still eating. She said no to go boxes since it was a buffet. So I sat there and ate the fruit but service had stopped and I felt like I was being glared at. I would have happily moved to the bar area to finish if that would have helped. It left me feeling my presence was a nuisance. Truthfully it was so bad, I would not recommend the resort. The resort is expensive and I only used the pool for an afternoon. Having breakfast on site instead of driving somewhere was supposed to be a perk. It didn’t feel that way. "

"Everything was great amenities wise. B|B market the first day of our stay the staff was very friendly. Today on our last day, one of the older ladies running the market/ breakfast was extremely rude & short. We had questions on the breakfast package and she couldn’t be bothered. Mike in the market was so nice & kind! "
