The unit was very clean and check-in was smooth. However, there were a few things that impacted our comfort. The bed was quite squeaky, and there were no wine glasses or corkscrew available. There were also no USB charging ports or music/speaker system. Overall a clean space, but a few small additions and fixes would really improve the experience.

I enjoyed my stay…the property was clean and well equipped. Great walking distance to all restaurants and shopping. Some major construction going on outside of the property so a little busy with workers and vehicles but that is to be expected until projects are completed. I would stay at this location again.

The property was great! It is close to good restaurants and walking along the canal. I had difficulties opening the door and the owners were quite helpful. It is important to read the information in the link provided about the property. Currently, there is construction across the street so it was quite noisy. I would stay again!

The space itself was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located close to many things, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the most important part of the stay, the bed — significantly impacted our experience. When we checked in, we immediately noticed that the bed was noticeably sunken in the middle and extremely uncomfortable. After a 7-hour drive, we were really looking forward to rest and relaxation, but that wasn’t possible. I messaged the owner right away to flag the issue. After lifting the mattress, my wife and I discovered that the bed frame screws were actually missing, which made the bed feel like a safety issue, not just a comfort issue. I sent the owner photos showing this, and he replied that he would send a handyman. Unfortunately, no one ever came, and there was no follow-up for the remainder of our stay. Because of this, I ended up sleeping on the couch. While the space itself was lovely, the unresolved bed issue made the stay very uncomfortable and prevented us from fully enjoying what otherwise could have been a great experience. I would recommend the owner making sure these things are in good shape prior to charging money for stays. Bc that was extremely unacceptable.

This property was wonderful and exceeded my expectations! There was plenty to do and see nearby within walking distance. The only downside was the noisy construction across the street, which also made the outside area look a little messy. However, I do understand construction is out of your control!! I would most definitely stay here again, I would even live here if I could!

Great stay! Vince was fantastic to deal with. The apartment/condo was clean, has a wonderful layout and is very usable. Secure garage. Fully furnished kitchen, full size fridge. Both bedrooms have full ensuites. Quick walk or drive into Old Town. Would highly suggest.

The hotel right next door play music all day and most of the night. Thin walls with active neighbors going in and out. The upstairs toilet was running our whole stay, so we stayed in the other room to sleep. Both beds barely fit two people, unless you like tempurpedic not very comfortable. Think this place is for an active crowd. We didn’t get much relaxation or rest.

Nice location but way too much construction, no flat place to roll out luggage to the building had to roll it through Little Rock’s and ended up carrying them. Dirty floors, our feet turned black. AC didn’t work properly. Main washroom smelled like feces. And no ventilation, it was broken and window wasn’t accessible with no windows. The rugs were black how dirty they were. We were grossed out

Great location and safe! Unfortunately the unit is not as advertised and they don’t have a direct path to the entrance door. We stayed in the luxury unit for 7 nights which had kitchen chairs from the 19th century, broken toilet paper holder and VERY DIRTY carpet throughout the unit. Furthermore, we found dirty sheets/towels in the closet and had two different groups stay beside us who partied all night. Lastly, we left some items to be thrown out in a small pile upstairs, some dishes (my fault as we were rushing to catch our flight), and 6 items in the fridge. They ended up charging me additional to the cleaning fee which was collected outside of Expedia without an explanation until I inquired to understand why they charged me.

The place was clean, but the dining room chairs are all horrible and felt like they were going to break sitting in them because of how flimsy and worn out they are in the couch in the living room has to be 40 years old, maybe older and one of the most uncomfortable couches I’ve ever sat on. It is completely wore out and should not be in a place that is charging this much money. One of the biggest issues was that the curtains do not close all the way, either you have an opening in the middle where they meet or you have an opening on each side of the two curtains left and right. And we’re talking a good 6 to 8 inches on each side or 12 to 16 inches in the center. This is upstairs and the downstairs with the one upstairs in the bedroom being right next to the bed.
