Not the cleanest room and the plumbing was awful. Our shower barely pushed out any water and the toilet wasn’t working right so it was making weird sounds all night. Pool was pretty dirty and had no towels. Free breakfast was nice.

Housekeeping didn’t come every day. And didn’t speak ANY English when I found them to refresh our towels.

Nice property, great location, free breakfast was one of the better free ones. Pool was great. We would definitely go back!

Had such a nice time here. The rooms were clean and large. Each of the rooms had a full kitchen, living space with a couch and tv, and a separate room for a bedroom. We were perfect walking distance from old town Scottsdale. About a 5-8 min walk from the bars/restaurants. Would definitely come back again

Hot tub was broken for 3 days. The cable kept going out. General maintenance would be needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great within walking distance to old Town Scottsdale.

The location is amazing. Close to everything - 7 minute walk to shops/restaurants/clubs/bars. And super safe!

Nice stay here- only reason for 4 stars is a trash can in the courtyard that was knocked over and contents all over grass for a couple hours but sure it happened after hrs and before morning shift got over that way. No biggie, wouldn’t keep me from totally recommending staying here. I will stay here any time I’m in Scottsdale.

The nightclub across the street plays music till 2am which can be heard in a few wings of the property. Shower doors didn't slide and no hand towels (just wash cloths and shower towels). Breakfast was good.

The staff were good. Pool was very dirty and looked like black mold growing in it! The pool water was cloudy and not cleaned out. There were not enough deck chairs around the pool! The complex is very large with only 13 lounge chairs and around 10 regular chairs. The room was nice but carpet dirty and cabinetry broken. Barely enough kitchen utensils to do any amount of cooking not even a pizza pan or a pan to put in the oven. They needed much more silverware and utensils and bowls in the kitchen for cooking.

Our room was very run down and needed a good cleaning which we requested and didn’t get. We did not have a phone in the room when we tried to call for towels. Water was leaking through the ceiling from the sprinkler and the told us to call if it happened again. There were stain on the couch…don’t want to know what from. There were only 5 lounge chairs at the pool and two broke the first day we were there…people had to lay on the cement. I have stayed here in the past and it was nice, but has severely gone down hill. I also voiced my concerns and was not offered any discount.

Amazing largw hotel rooms with full kitchen & 2 tvs warm breakfast was excellent san fran giants shopping & food is a 5 minute walk away area is safe to walk around at all times
