It's in a good location, right off of I-10. The area is very busy, traffic is an issue, and it's hard to go north on Dysart Road or get back on I-10 from there. It's an older facility, and could use some serious updating. The employee at breakfast, a lady was terrific and the front desk staff was both friendly and responsive. It's a bit overpriced for what you get.

Bed and pillows were comfy. Room was clean.Staff was polite and professional. Pool and hot tub were dirty to the point that we were not getting in. Only 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels- Not enough. Only one coffee pod in the room., we had to share a cup of coffee. Continental breakfast was not there on Sunday.

Pluses- room was clean and location was convenient to Goodyear ballpark. Pool was dirty and unusable. Loud highway noise. Breakfast was blah and had news on TV blaring. Workout room was tiny and cable machine broken. Very run down hotel. Hotel bar was closed early on a Saturday night.

The staff worked very hard to make sure the property looked good. It was coldish when we were there so we didn't use the pool, but the room was fine, and we got an upgrade as all of the king bed rooms were full.

While the property was fairly clean it was in dire need of updating. The furniture, bed in the room was miss matched and sagging. Towels were small and thin.

We had two rooms. The first room at least appeared to have been serviced since the previous occupant, though things like the hair dryer just generally seemed dirty. The second room, though, still had a TV and bathroom light on when we entered. One of the beds was not made, and when the covers were pulled back the bed sheets were filthy, including finding someone's dirty socks under the covers. The equipment in this room also was in bad shape, with the hair dryer literally a shock/fire hazard with a broken plug with exposed wires.

Place was not clean. We asked for our room to be cleaned each night. They knocked on the door about 9 AM the first night as we were still showering. We asked that they returned a little later. And left to go watch spring baseball. We returned to find the room not cleaned. Ask the front desk who said that they will come by only once to clean the room. Next day, same thing. Having learned from day one I went to the front desk and asked that they clean the room after getting a knock on the door again a little before nine. The front desk guaranteed that they would make sure the housekeeping staff would clean the room and give us new towels. Went to a baseball game and returned once again to nothing being done and housecleaning staff being gone. Given the outrageous price, they charge for this level of a hotel, during spring training, and having stayed at various hotels in Phoenix over the years, this was by far the worst experience ever. Not only was the thing and issue, the hotel room facility was far from clean. Never ever again and I caution anyone.. while I did not expect a Ritz, Carlton, or other five star experience, this was a one star at best

This is an old style motor lodge type motel with rooms opening to the parking lot. It was reasonably clean and reasonably updated. Not sure it was worth the $ that we paid.

Close to Goodyear Ballpark which was our main reason for staying there. Not on the pickup list for day trips to Sedona or Grand Canyon so we had to get an Uber to go get picked up. Restaurant minutes walk from motel was really convenient

This is an average 2 star property, clean, comfortable and near food options. But the towels were worn and thin. It was not worth anything like the $249 plus taxes. It was about a $75-95 property. The most aggravating this is that we checked in around 11 pm after a long drive and when I called the front desk to ask for a noon check out, I was told that check out was at 11 and that if we weren't out by 11:30, we would have to pay extra. The management who put this unfreindly policy in place need to be told this is offensive and will make me avoid this motel in the future. Greedy and inflexible.

The carpeting and flooring in the room was dirty. Carpet looked as it had not seen a vacuum in weeks or a good shampoo since it was laid out. The furniture had gunk on it that had not been wiped. The bathroom vanity also needed wiping down. The safe box was dusty and there was dust and dirt underneath the the safe box. The luggage holder was lopsided and the metal was rusty. The bedding had burnt cigarette holes. I was bit the first night on back. Im pretty sure there were bed bugs or dust mites. The price I have been charged for this room is ridiculous and outrageous for the poor quality and state of the room. Very disappointed.

Didnt like i had to change rooms two times. First room the shower water was dropping all night. Manger on duty turned the water on to ensure it was working with other things since u have to leave a deposit. This room door was also hard to open it was stuck. It felt like someone was holding from the other side. SECOND ONE THE TOILET WASNT FLUSHING COERECTLY. IT WAS COMING UP TO THE TOP AND THEN SLOWING GOING DOWN. CALLED THE FRONT DESK THEY SAID IT ALWAYS HAPPEN . THEY WHERE SUPPOSED TO A SOMETHING FOR IT. WAITED 25 MIN THEN CALLED AGAIN AND THE PERSON WHO HELP ME LEFT. I WAS TOLD TO GO TO THEY PLUMBSHER. WENT TO GET IT NOWWHERE TO BE FIND . THE SWITCH MY ROOM . I WAS TRAVELING ALONGA AND IM DISABLED. VERY DISAPPOINT. I LIKE THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL .

The property needs a little TLC. The Pool was filthy, not that this is weather for, but you should still have it appealing to people. The walk ways need so paint. The breakfast was a little skimpy. No hot food except waffles, juice bar was not working but they did have pitchers in the refrigerator. Lots of Danish, muffins, bagels, and bread. Had some bananas. It was very clean and the staff was wonderful.

The hotel offers a restaurant / American cuisine food, but it’s not a restaurant. It is a sports bar.. the sports bar is completely separate from the hotel, but owned by the same owners that own the hotel. I would recommend the owner get in tune with Expedia so that the information given on the site reflects what you actually get during your stay. So it don’t come off as false advertisement. Place in general could be more family friendly.
