Great little Inn. Room was stylish and fresh. Great shower with rain head (nice since I didn’t have to do the usual hotel shower back-bend as I am quite tall).
Comfy bed. Great location handy to all the restaurants and bars along Mill St.

The staff was amazing here! So friendly in helping us with getting locked out of room and any other requests we had. The rooms are very clean and so is the property. Even though it may not look the most appealing from the outside we will for sure be back to stay here because of the great price, parking and walk ability.

University Inn provided my son and I with the perfect place to stay in the heart of ASU, while visiting my daughter for Family Weekend. The room was modern, beautiful, and immaculate.
