You choose Superior room with balcony and it is 23 sqm room with alla ammenities on street side. There are more room named Deluxe wide 30 sqm, not same size. Anyway we offer you discount of 50% of upgrade, but you insult me and my staff because you want all for free. I understand you mistake kind of room but we can help you not for free for upgrade. Overpriced what? Room clean, change towel and linen, ammenities for bath, aircon, ultraspeed wifi, tv LCD 32 cable, minibar fridge, safe... for less than 45$ per nigh included christmas and new year day in peak season. For you next time is better thai managed questhouse with fan and changing bed linen at checkout... maybe. Thank you.

Thank you for stay in our hotel. We apologize if the towels smell,it is enought leave open window whe you leave room, but you close everything after shower. It is possible the humidity keep in room. Anyway, we can help only if you ask help when you stay in hotel, otherways we can only read your issue here.
