"The room was adequate. As described and advertised in pictures. Furniture is dated and some of the bathroom tiling looks old, however this was as pictured and expected. All in all a nice character room.
The staff were very helpful and helped with booking us taxis late at night.
Overall happy to give 5 star rating. "
"Hotel Di Stefano was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect—quiet, charming, and within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Pisa. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, spotless, and full of character. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything about our stay was comfortable and seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pisa."
"We loved our stay at Palazzo Feroci! The room itself was huge and beautiful, super clean, and came with thoughtful extras like soft drinks and wine. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was high-spec with nice toiletries. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone going to Pisa. "
"The most beautiful stay in all of Pisa! Thank you to the kind and generous staff who upgraded our room, we loved the balcony view room of the tower. This hotel is beyond wonderful and I can’t recommend enough, the rooms are modern and spotless with everything you could need including slippers, robes and snacks. The hotel is so cute throughout with lounges on all floors for guests to use. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but that isn’t a problem - head to the wonderful cafe Po’osto - a 2 minute walk from the hotel for the most incredible selection of pastries / cakes / savouries. The hotel staff gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner and just below the hotel to the left is an amazing souvenir store. I can’t wait to come back and stay here - thank you! "
