"Very friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities - including various free snacks/drinks available throughout the day. We had a great time and would stay here again! "
"The staff was super helpful for my entire trip! My luggage arrived late from my flight and they were extremely helpful with communicating with the airline for me! Eternally grateful! The room was accommodating, comfortable bed and I especially loved that I could control the temperature as I’m always cold! Also, the complementary drink upon arrival was a nice surprise but the breakfast options were supreme! Fresh squeezed OJ, omelettes, Nutella with fresh fruit and bottomless cafe lattes. The entire staff from the front desk to the bar and restaurant crew were phenomenal. One gal even suggested the Calimala Florence location for the next portion of my Christmas vacation and even set up the accommodations for me. Very, very helpful. Molto Grazie to you all 😊 thank you for the unforgettable hospitality "
"Spacious room, comfy bed, good amenities and big breakfast, good location being right next to a metro so easy access around the city. Super warm in winter "
"Wish hotels.com would give option for breakfast included in price of hotel. It was expensive and were not informed of the price. $108 (15 euro per person) for 4 per day for a breakfast is not cheap!
But everything else was excellent!"
