"I have been using this hotel when I travel to the Midtown area of Atlanta for years. This was undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had with this hotel. The door did not open and close properly, the television did not receive any of the local Atlanta news channels. I’m not glued to a television when I travel but I do like to stay abreast of the surrounding areas. The hotel phone did not work so if I had to call the front desk, I had to use my cell phone. The toilet in the bathroom did not function properly not flushing properly. There was an exposed electrical outlet on one of the walls that needed a cover plate put on it. As I was leaving out for my Saturday outing, I stopped at the front desk and registered a complaint with the attendant on duty. This was the morning of April 18th. She asked me if I preferred to have all those things seen about while I was out for the day or wait until we returned for someone to come up to fix the issues. I gave her a verbal agreement that it was fine for them to go into our room while we weren’t there. After our day out shopping and going to see a show, we returned to the room to find nothing I had registered a complaint about was done. Like I said in the beginning of this review, I have used this hotel multiple times in the past years but I am going to think long and hard about staying there again. The quality of the hotel has gone down tremendously. I asked for a receipt. I was told it would be emailed nothing "

"Room was not as quality a room as I am used to. It was prom weekend and there were a lot of nonpatrons occupying the lobby and other common areas. Elevators were tied up with nonpatrkns. This made it difficult to get from the room to the street."

"The property was not taken care of AT ALL. Rooms look nothing like the picture, paint pilling from the tub and walls, hallways have a strange odor, different floors look like a motel and a completely different hotel. There were 4 elevators and only 1 worked, it went to every floor and took anywhere from 10-25 minutes to even get it to come. Hotel staff was not cleaning the sheets and fixing the bed with the same ones. Floors were wet and sticky with no wet floor sign in sight. There were homelessness individuals coming onto the property harassing myself and friend and it took security to long to come to handle the situation."

"Great location and more affordable then some other hotels. Rooms were spacious and clean. Free breakfast is included although we never partook. Staffing were very friendly."
