“Expecting refurbished spa disappointed with condition Six people were awaiting entry at 6.30am let in five minutes late.windows rattled from wind regularly was assigned another room which was more spacious and good.limited to two pillows for couple people offering limited support.Food was good and well presented thank you.”

“The cottage slept 5 and while missing enough cutlery crockery and glasses for more than 2 people, we found it set up exceptionally well. The fixtures and fittings were all brand new, including beds, tables, chairs, flooring, mirrors, bedsides, cabinets and wardrobes, it really was very comfortable apart from the sofa bed that we felt was a bit old and worn in comparison to the rest of the cottage. The bathrooms (yes 2!) were absolutely beautiful, fab showers, marble finish and very high quality...

“Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Issues with the shower once we entered the room, no one had checked that the shower was even working before giving us the room and they had to call plumbing. A damp smell in the room too. Told the hotel was full and couldn’t move to another room and had to go shower in another room. After we had left the hotel to attend an event were informed of another room (but the exhaust fans of kitchen can be loud) so they didn’t offer it to us at that time. Then while in...

“A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, overlooking the golf course. There's an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a well equipped gym. Clean rooms with tea and coffee making facilities. (Just one gripe; there was only one biscuit provided... in a room for two? We stayed for two nights and on both days only one biscuit was provided...strange, but true). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.”

“Pool was closed, closes early on a Sunday, so disappointing. People playing loud music and shouting, put up with it until 3am then complained to reception, apparently other people complained and nothing was done, they went to tell them eventually but obviously don't like doing confrontation so they ignore the problems. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.”
