“Room was paid for in advance. Upon arriving, my son paid an extra $20 for early check on, and they ended up charging him a second time for the entire room. The keyosk was down and would no issue keys, so we ended up leaving. When contacting the hotel about it the next day, they claimed that they called as soon as we left to say we could come back, which was not true. We received no call. On top of that, we now paid for the room twice me”

“At check-in, there were no 1st floor rooms available, desk clerk stated full house. My bad for not requesting 1st floor at time of booking. Room on 2nd floor was okay but didn't see a smoke alarm. Carpet old (be sure to wear slippers) but beds were good. It was quiet so thankful for that. “Joe was outstanding at check-in! Great personality, friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was substantial. The shower was great! My biggest complaint was that we were on the second floor and there is no elevator so we had to make numerous trips to haul our suitcases, cooler, dry goods box, etc. up the stairs. I am handicapped and my husbandis 78. Also, we asked for a room with a view and didn’t get one.”

“For the price, Days Inn could be much better. This stay was a reminder of why I don’t like to use Days Inn. There is always a remaining smell of smoke when you enter the building and dingy accommodations. On a positive note the room was fairly clean.”
