"After checking in, there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. I called the front desk but they were rude and didn’t care. They did spray but it as just household insect spray and we had more of them. The bathroom was the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen in any hotel, and especially when this is a 4 star hotel. Only one person could stand in there at a time. The shower was ridiculous small & you had to adjust the water temperature standing by the sink because it was so tiny. The room smelled like sewer because the sewer drain was right outside our room. The bed was very uncomfortable. The drinking glasses were never replaced after use so we used the same ones for 4 days. The breakfast was basic and wished I had not paid extra for it, certainly not worth the price. Although they do an a very limited menu that you can order off of and the food was good. I had stayed there previously for a week four years and my room, staff and food was fantastic which is why I was excited to return with my husband and another couple. I am quite embarrassed to have suggested this hotel. Ours friends experienced was about equal to ours except they had ants instead of cockroaches. We stayed in 6 different hotels in just under a month during our vacation and per night, this one was the most expensive ( not to mention the cost of parking per day), but by far the WORST room and front desk staff we encountered."

"The hotel itself was clean and well maintained although it did look a little tired. The bar and restaurant staff were excellent. The breakfast was average for a 5 star hotel. I would question the wisdom of showing a live football match next to the restaurant and bar, with the accompanying shouting and jeering for nearly 2 hours. Even the staff were getting annoyed with the mostly non-resident attendees as they flocked to the bar or hurried through the restaurant to have a quick cigarette. Not what you would expect from a supposed 5 star hotel."

"Our stay at Hotel Sevilla center was good. I visited for a vacation with friends and family for 4 nights. The Hotel is centrally located. Room was good but Hot water was not coming one morning in the washroom. After complaining at the reception several times, the Hot water services were resumed after 2 hours. Room was also not very well Illuminated."
