"Great and smooth communication. Property mgmt staff will meet you personally to check in but if late check in after 9pm you will be charged extra. Kitchen fully equipped along with a dishwasher and we cooked a lot. They provide dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry soap which was very helpful. There is no dryer but we just hung clothes to dry in apt. Beds are comfy including the sofa bed. Location is super fantastic, right in center yet on a quiet pedestrian only street so we were able to sleep...

"Staff is kind but I wanted to talk with the manager and I wasn’t able to. The location is perfect and it works if you want to walk and see the most touristic places. They cancelled the breakfast because of an external issue which I understand but they need to solve this quickly or share alternatives to their clients. "
