Instead, if you read the sign properly, it requires you to wear shorts in order to eat breakfast. "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Shorts, No Service!" Think about it. If I don't wear shoes I don't get service. If I don't where a shirt I don't get service. So, logically, if I don't wear shorts, I should be denied service.
