“The staff works hard and are always pleasant and accommodating. Food needs improvement, not always hot and limited variety. The rooms need more outlets to charge devices not at the desk, family friendly, pool was fun, small beach area, fun casino. There should be notice of what restaurants are open which days. The tour desk is very helpful, friendly and informative. Fans are needed in the Rendezvous bar area, very hot sitting there. GREAT sunsets!!”

“This was the best family trip with something for everyone. Our university student daughters were able to hang out safely with their cousins at the beach, pools, restaurants, lobby/reception areas. “The hotel was quiet which was perfect for our anniversary. Food and service was great. People were so nice. We thankfully brought $1 and $5 bills to tip throughout our trip The $200 for their comp dollars to use at Zoetry was not fair. It was a coupon book of spa and bottle service (i.e.- $40 on first day for any spa service such as a $150 regular massage or a bottle of champagne that was $60 and they gave a $10 coupon).”

“Beautiful clean resort, right above a small outdoor mall and walking distance to a lot of the restaurants outside the resorts. “First solo vacation and absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Art Hotel. A very modern and chic boutique resort. Staff was friendly and helpful. As a pescatarian/vegan a few more food options is a recommendation. Also, it is a quick 7 min walk to the downtown markets. The space was gorgeous and kitchen included all amenities including dishes and cutlery perfect for meals out on the terrace.
