"Loud music played into the night. They offered ear plugs, but it was so loud it vibrated our windows & room clear up to 15th floor (my daughter on the 22nd floor said the same) - impossible to get any sleep. The water slide/shark viewer was broken so another big dissappointment."

"The room had holes in the wall and the tv didn’t work the door had been kicked in and they tried to fix it. Crackheads walking around asking us to get them rooms. I only stayed one night and I will never stay there again."

"If you Don't know, the bartender, you will not be served.No matter how much you play at the machines , and if you do get served and ask for a bloody mary , it will come out like s**** because she does not know how to make it casino service was very poor could not get my second room until after 5 o'clock.Service on the casino floor was just outright terror the only good thing you can say about this casino was the restaurant had decent food.Really good staff and friendly in the restaurant. The rest of the casino really needs to learn customer service. And just how to be nice"
