It is a very outdated motel. Our heater didn't work properly, the beds were too high, bathroom was freezing, and room was dusty. We cleaned the two filters in the AC/heater unit. Heated indoor pool was very cold.

The check in person was friendly, i called later due to the stopper not working in the tub. They offered to move us. It was after 9 and Others were already resting. The spa was out of order and no towels in the pool area.

This was THE BEST night in a hotel in my hole life! (and I’ve slept in many hotels and all the ones in Plattsburgh since I’ve been going at least 6-10 times a year for the past 20 years. Had visited a few times since it changed from Holiday Inn to Days Inn , but this time was the best!! First, the staff at the front office was super friendly. The room: clean, quiet and the bes, geez…wish I had that one at home. Thank you for the perfect night of sleep and rest. Will be back soon.

Upon arrival, we got a that room had an opening at the top of the door and it wouldn’t lock. We changed rooms, and slept one night. The following morning, we woke up to find bugs on the floor in the second room they gave us. We then requested at the front desk for our room to be fully cleaned because of the bugs. When we returned to the hotel that night, nothing had been cleaned. No new towels, no toilet paper, no beds fixed up. Overall, the hotel is good, and has free breakfast, game room, pool with hot tub and a gym, but a good hotel could be great if only the hotel is well maintained and staff do their jobs better.

All of the staff we interacted with were great… front desk very helpful. Breakfast folks great. However we did request housekeeping services twice during our three day stay and received no housekeeping services. The room had a lot of water damage but it was a nice hotel for the price. We did buy an extra lamp bc there wasn’t enough lighting in the room. The breakfast was great and that staff went above and beyond.

Nice budget option

Our room was very comfortable and clean. We slept great! The public spaces in the hotel could really use a facelift, but for the price, we felt very satisfied with our stay. The location is also great.

When i checked in gave me a room key and went up the room wasnt cleaned,looked like someone still in it. Then at 245 am female screaming in hallway 2nd floor ,called front desk and it continued till 330 am. Police should have been called in my opinion!! Then next morning i asked to be moved if they were staying another night and got no reply. Not the best front desk service 😢 😤 I take my great granddaughter to hotels 1 weekend a month and this was the worst
