"no usamos el Spa, el aire acondidionado en las abitaciones fue excelente, todo el personal fue demasiado amables con una super atencion , muy muy recomendado, solo lews falta un poco de amenidades, como musica en vivo ( de 3 noches que estruvimos solo 1 tuvimos musica en vivo en el restaurante. .nos dijeron que habia clase de masaje y no nos la proporcionaron porque se cancelo y los otros dias no habia disponible. "

"No shops nearby. Room was clean and kept clean very day. It was as very disappointing that there wasn’t a bar fridge in the room at all. When I asked about a fridge they looked at me like I had three heads. Hard to keep any cold drinks or any meds in your room. I would not return to this property because of that reason. "

"Our overall experience was not great. Our first room was dirty , safe didn’t work no windows or AC. We upgraded at a cost to a better room which worked out much better. Check in was poor , no information was given to us by front end staff regarding special events, no map of the resort. Most of the staff seemed to be indifferent to requests from guests. The few bright spots was Alberto in the breakfast area without him we wouldn’t have known about special dinners or events or what the breakfast plan included. We kind of got the feeling that resort did the bare minimum just to keep the resort open. Checkout was a little bit of a challenge do to extra costs which most we’re prepaid but some were not. "

"Property was nice as well as the staff. Shower in the room was only room temperature and did not adjust at all with either handle. Would have liked to see a swim up bar or central location to get drinks during the day rather then going to the restaurant all the time."
