"Resort was great few things to do. Missed some entertainment/shows as it was in spanish. Food was good. Close to town so lots of shopping and gift shops. Not much on the resort for shops."

"We enjoy having some shade from the tree's on the beach. We love the RUI brand and enjoy not having to make reservations for the specialty restaurants. Everyone from the front desk, bartenders, room attendants and the entertainers were willing to make our stay as great as they could. We definitely will be heading back."

"The pools were great for the kids, with plenty of options from quieter spaces and more active areas. The beach was nice, but there was a lot of seagrass. We were still able to swim. The guest services staff of Melisa, Mar, Majo, and Zyanya made us feel like VIP's for the entire trip. They would check in with us daily to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. Certainly worth booking this hotel through Expedia."

"Free airport transfer to hotel worked great, easy to follow instructions but waited 45 minutes. Front desk staff wonderful and spoke good English. There is a small alcove selling chips and beverages. The breakfast was simply amazing and selections varied daily. Lots of choices - the fresh fruits were perfectly ripe and the coffee machine was like having a barista. Plan ahead for lunches and dinners because there is not a restaurant in the hotel or nearby. Our room was huge and very nice with a complete kitchen for cooking so perhaps take a taxi for groceries and beverages. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower didn't get very hot and pressure was weak. TV worked well. The rooftop pool AREA was beautiful but the pool water was dirty and smelled bad. They finally closed it for much needed maintenance. You couldn't stand swimming in it. Get towels at front desk. Website picture showed a bar but it was empty of bottles and didn't appear to ever be open. I would stay here again for a night but with no pool, nope - not a chance despite everything else being nice. I swim daily for exercise."
