“We didn't stay at Lupita. When we arrived they offered us an upgrade to stay at Riu Tequila. We spent our vacation at Riu Tequila and it was the BEST. Thank you again Riu Lupita for the upgrade. ”

“The staff at this resort definitely makes the experience so so great. Ricky, the concierge, accommodated our large group’s needs and took care of any need we had. The waitstaff was always very friendly and kept the drinks flowing… shoutout to Genaro who was so friendly and always went the extra mile for us. There’s so many activities offered throughout the day and Carlos and Roberto made everything so so fun. This was our second time at this resort and it won’t be our last!”
