"I had a really great experience overall. The hotel was very clean, which is always one of the most important things to me, and the staff were consistently nice, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Everyone I interacted with made me feel welcomed and taken care of. I also treated myself to an 80-minute massage at the spa, and it was incredibly relaxing. The spa area itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. It was definitely one of the highlights of my time there. The only downside for me was the restaurant reservation policy. I didn’t like that you had to be a Diamond Club member, which requires paying an additional fee, just to make reservations. Because of that, I ended up only eating at the buffet and ordering room service the entire time. While the food was fine, I would have preferred more dining options without having to pay extra. It just didn’t feel worth it to me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and had a great time, but I do think the dining reservation policy could be more inclusive for all guests."

"First of all the view is amazing!! The balcony is nice, that being said the whole building is a little rundown. The pool area needs new chairs but it pool area is ok tho. There was no hot water im not sure if that was mentioned in the room description. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable . All in all you get what you pay for . For what i paid , it was ok i would maybe go back. The location is amazing, on the beach, nice beach chairs. Solo traveler , felt safe there."

"Nice clean resort. Staff members are amazing. Entertainment staff gets everyone involved. House keeping did a great job. At one point they were cleaning the room and we had to get something out, they verified it was actually our room prior to letting us enter. Over all great small family resort."

"My family and I had a fantastic time. Overall the property was wonderful and well taken care of. The rooms were spacious and well laid out. The pool area was great, with several options for swimming. The beach was fantastic and my young children enjoyed playing in the water and sand. The food and drinks service in the pool and beach areas was great, we enjoyed being able to order food directly to our lounge chairs. The restaurants were fantastic with lots of options for all meals. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was extremely impressed by how consistent the service was with all the staff. This was what made our stay so wonderful. The kids club was a great option for keeping our small children busy while we took turns relaxing at the beach. The staff at the kids club were very nice. Overall this was a great family friendly option and we would like to come back again. "
